Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and make sure you provide your order number if you need to request a return or exchange.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

*Items are returned without notification (including refusal to accept).
*Items have been used.
*Items have been repaired or cleaned after delivery.
*Items have been altered by the customer.
*Items have been damaged by the customer, for example, wrinkles, stains, scratches or smells like perfume.
*Tags attached with items have been damaged, lost or destroyed by the customer.
*Hygienic items such as masks.
*Sale items.
*Pre-ordered items.
*Excessive repetition of returns or exchanges.

The flow of all returns and exchanges:
First, please contact us. We will check the details of your order and officially accept it. Second, please return the items to us. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will proceed with the return or exchange.
